"I liked the trust of my superior and the freedom to solve problems. "I am not currently employed there and I'm sure some of the people I enjoyed working with have left."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try not to be all things to all people. Each order was too customized so that the likelihood of an error was very high. Sales are king and setting yourself up for failure to meet the customers expectations is not a good idea."
