"Be prepared to work overtime at various job sites. Ask what contracts they are curently working on."

"you woiuld be best served by keeping accounting in house. The sending it to a third party wastes time and compromises security"

"It was a very exciting opportunity worked for a company that is World Food Programme's contractor. I had the chance to network with different professionals around the world."

"Finance and Accounting are process from Argentina, so unless you want to relocate don't bother to interview."

"As I mentioned before, when I worked for the company the COO and co-owner ran the show, with very little chance to participate as an second/third level of the organization."

"It is a growing company focus in getting PRE-IPO, so they should implement Six Sigma or TQM processes and get prepare for SOX Compliance."

"Given my experience and reporting expertise, I would have liked to accepted as the professional I am and not made to feel as if I was robbing the company when I paid the bills."
