"The division I worked directly for was not the focus of the business and had limited opportunities to grow or advance."

"Treat people the way you yourselves like to be treated, allow a combination of autonomy, and latitude, with oversight, and understand the environment in which the business operates. Listen to the rank and file, they have good insight into how the business operates and what it needs."
What don't you like about working at Accenture?
"Accenture BPO decided to discontinue the services for the restaurant and hospitality clients but did not help finding a new position within the organization. I was willing to relocate."

"I truly enjoyed working for this company, as it became my home away from home after working the past ten years there. I knew my job very well and exceeded in my position. I enjoyed working with the management team along with all line level employees."

"Developing new product lines as the economy changes would insure a more financially stable company."
What do you like about working at VANCOM?
"The accounts I was responsible for were in financial distress. This put me in the position to constantly be on my toes and always be looking for ways to correct the problems."

"It's a contract bid company where you could loose your employment base if another company decides to under bid the accounts.. Also, margins are slim."

"Get better computer system and educate the personnel properly. Listen to advice from us managers."

"This is a company were cost reduction is a top priority. I would recomend considering how this could be alligned with your personal objectives."

"My employment at Calwax Corporation was fine. I benefited from the experience and I was able to develop my career as a result of my efforts."

"The management team that I was a part of until Jan 2007 was replaced after an acquisition took place latter in that year."
