"I can honestly say that there is nothing I hate about my job as being a Continuous Improvement Manager. Every experience I had was a learning experience. I have a great Staff. I love what I do. I love the fact that I can make a good Cooperation even better with my education and experience, and that exactly what I have done for Masco Cabinetry. I have saved the company million of dollars each year since I have been employed there."
"I love to be able to go to a facility, make an assessment and work with the local team on how to improve the operations. I don't like to chase people around. The local team is the owner of the process and I'm a resource to get there."

"Human Resource and Senior Operations manager are discussing humans! They just demoralize the entire work force at the Wilsonville, Oregon facility."
