"I worked at Constant Contact for a year but needed to quit due to an unfortunate family situation. Still, I found that the managers at Constant Contact were always accommodating and open to discussion. The company offers many growth opportunities, and it tries to hire from within. It is an excellent place to start your career."

"The lead distribution of prospects is said to be round robin but is not. If you get sick, don't expect any leway with your goals. They'll fire you like a flick of a switch. They give you two months to get ramped up but theres' no controlling people who simply do not answer the phone. (Can't sell to voicemails or bad numbers) 0 Job security, They hire 6-8 people a month to deal with unhappy employees. It's a revolving door."

"Constant Contact is a great place to kick off your development career. They place a great emphasis on mentorship and learning opportunities. It is, sometimes, difficult to do what you feel is the right thing due to the many layers of approval changes need to go through, but this seems to be an unavoidable side-effect of how companies this size operate."

"Great company for technologists, people first culture, and flexible schedule. There is definitely a glass ceiling once you get to a certain level and the company prefers to hire sr management from the outside."
