"The chance to learn both the drilling and completions side was always open. Production work was given to me and so it really helped to make me a well rounded individual in the oil and gas industry."

"I recommend being truthfull and honest as you should be at any interview. I will never say I know more than I do, be comfortable with your experience and knowledge."
