"Listen to your employees, they know what they are doing, most of your managers are lying slackers."

"The site we worked at was huge and there were many opportunities to show what you knew on a daily basis. There was no shortage of things to do."

"I was a contractor (well paid, but a contractor nonetheless) to CSC for the support of Ratheon (former Hughes Aircraft) EOS. The contracting agency didn't have any benefits to speak of."

"If they still go through contracting agencies get ones that have good benefits packages for their employees."

"There are many ways to keep our US jobs and not outsource them."

"CSC will always lowball your salary. Don't be afraid to ask for more or extra vacation, etc. Before you decide on a position, look at other govt contractors with the same position. They will always pay more for experience and clearance level!"

"After applying for other positions, no one ever got in contact with me. So I had no choice but to look outside the company. It was the best choice I made due to much better pay and other opportunities."

"If a current employee wants to better themselves and move on WITHIN the company, help them out any way you can. A happy employee makes a better company all around."
