"They provided no professional development, no promotions, very small annual pay raises, supervisors and managers often did not return telephone calls, managers and supervisors did not follow thru on what they said they were going to, company did not reimburse me for my home office expenses, gave me no support in the field, and there was no money to support the development or marketing of the forum I was facilitating,"
