"They suck at having one manager, it takes two managers to manage one person, if one manager doesn't like you, then you're screwed as you don't meet the other manager in person ever. Both managers are often rude and are not people friendly. They don't like to pay bonuses no matter how well you perform."

"Restructure, take ethics classes, learn to work with diversity."
