"If you survive the budget axe, and arbitrary relocations, not a bad place as far as salary and benefits. Very political and seems like the people that got the company into the mess it is in, are now the ones that are letting all the people go with the skills to solve its problems."
"Overall, it's not a bad company to work for. It is a small company of about 50 people. The only advancement possibility here is to become a consultant. This means quite a bit of traveling. Your salary is also dependent on how much billable time you generate. If you want to strictly write code, this isn't the company for you."
