Its a broad area and mostly you work on the core code of embedded systems such as smart phones, tablets, etc. The flip side is that you know all the flaws in these devices. Everything on the market seems to be outdated for you. Kills the fun in shopping new phones."
"I love and enjoy helping the customers solve their issues or problems that arise with their computers/laptops. I like to help them find a resolution. It can be hard sometimes to deal with different attitudes that the customers have towards you but, you have to stay calm and collective when speaking to them, even though they are yelling at you."
