"The job allowed me to build upon my ambitions."
What do you like about working at State of Kentucky?
"I enjoyed the diversity of the requirements of the job position and the chance to excel in my work. THe opportunity to work on various projects both independently and as part of a team built my skill set and continued my chances to work at state, local, federal and civilian sites and all the logistics involved in those work situations."
What don't you like about working at State of Kentucky?
"I did not like the politics or the need to ego stroke, I just wanted to do my work to the best of my ability and accomplish my tasks efficiently and as professionally as possible without the game playing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow staff to do the work while holding them responsible for their work and assist where appropriate with technology, vision, encouragement, training opportunities for all stafff desiring to improve and apply the information in the tasks which are assigned mentoring as needed and directing in the direction the department needs to go."

"I learned a lot and had a chance to work on the Main Frames."

"Read up on the products."

"I was there during the 1992 financial problems."

"Anderson was recently taken over, but was the pride of the printing industry when I was there."

"Top Management and the President were personable and present. That team moved the company, and it was a source of pride and inspiration."

"The company was recently splintered for the sake of profits, no longer exists."
What don't you like about working at Cenveo?
"The two unions were a separate class, by choice, but they were okay people, too."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Corporate Management: Follow the model of the Anderson management."
