"I have worked with CompHealth since 2019 and am so grateful for the skills I was able to harness and sharpen while with the company. They live by the motto of putting people first, and I was able to see that first hand, especially during the pandemic. Like many companies, they have room to improve in the work-life balance aspect but truly do their best to improve each year. I have and would continue recommending CompHealth as a great place to work."
"I've been with CompHealth since 2017. Overall, the culture and direction of the company is good. Recent management changes within my office have not been fair and as a result did not give me a hopeful outlook for my own growth. Great company to build a long-term pipeline with."
"The culture is not all that it claims to be. You are only allowed to speak to your boss or their boss. You are discouraged to reach out to co-workers for advice. You are wasting their time. Being resourceful on your way to success is frowned upon."
"I loved the company very much. I however did not prefer the culture. I originally took on the roll as a CR. I converted to the roll of a PR which I enjoyed much more. I however was placed with a new leader who had not received the PR training. He gave me bad advice or no advice which was very difficult to navigate through. He said,” You have overachieved every goals I have given you. I picture you being one of our top reps”. I became very resourceful in finding the answers I needed to be successful through other sources at CompHealth. Without these answers I could have not achieved what I did. I however was told I am not allowed to talk to anyone but my boss and my boss’s boss. I was told I waste other PR’s time by asking them questions. I feel this is not good culture. Relationships are so important. Working together with other seasoned PR’s to me is key. Reaching out to any seasoned employee within the company to feed on their success is an opportunity missed if not allowed. I feel this is not a healthy culture."
