"My pay at CompHealth has been fair during the course of my employment. I've had steady increases in salary and my opportunity to earn sales commissions have improved over time. With salary and commissions, I have made over $140,000 in total compensation in each of the past three years."

"I feel that the base salary is strong, and there is talk of being able to really control earnings through commissions, however when the goals are set to be so high that you would nearly have to double 30% growth over prior year in order to make a strong commission that is where the issue is. I know a lot of companies that realize the value in compensating people in a way that motivates them and drives them to perform greater, I think that is lost at CompHealth."

"The salary is good but the hours are not. 12-15 hours a day to meet their requirements. It doesn’t matter if you have physicians going to work and you’ve met your metrics for numbers in the books. You still have to meet a huge volume of calls on top of that. This leads to late hours."
+$2K (3%) more than average CompHealth salary ($54K)
"The salary pay at CompHealth is average for the industry. I stared at $47,500 and made my way up to $55,000. The commission is good, but is difficult to understand and difficult to track year over year. With commissions you can make a six figure income within a year while the sky is the limit with uncapped commissions."
+$18K (28%) more than average CompHealth salary ($54K)
"I felt the compensation was fair. I started at 47,500 and received a 24,000 a year raise for 1 year to assist with goals. The commission structure seemed fair as well. I had 7 physicians going to work in October. Some of these physicians are long term Locums positions. I assisted in contracting out one of my physicians to a hospital as a permanent physician. The compensation for this seemed fair."
