"I have worked with CompHealth since 2019 and am so grateful for the skills I was able to harness and sharpen while with the company. They live by the motto of putting people first, and I was able to see that first hand, especially during the pandemic. Like many companies, they have room to improve in the work-life balance aspect but truly do their best to improve each year. I have and would continue recommending CompHealth as a great place to work."

"I've been with CompHealth since 2017. Overall, the culture and direction of the company is good. Recent management changes within my office have not been fair and as a result did not give me a hopeful outlook for my own growth. Great company to build a long-term pipeline with."

"The culture is not all that it claims to be. You are only allowed to speak to your boss or their boss. You are discouraged to reach out to co-workers for advice. You are wasting their time. Being resourceful on your way to success is frowned upon."

"I loved the company very much. I however did not prefer the culture. I originally took on the roll as a CR. I converted to the roll of a PR which I enjoyed much more. I however was placed with a new leader who had not received the PR training. He gave me bad advice or no advice which was very difficult to navigate through. He said,” You have overachieved every goals I have given you. I picture you being one of our top reps”. I became very resourceful in finding the answers I needed to be successful through other sources at CompHealth. Without these answers I could have not achieved what I did. I however was told I am not allowed to talk to anyone but my boss and my boss’s boss. I was told I waste other PR’s time by asking them questions. I feel this is not good culture. Relationships are so important. Working together with other seasoned PR’s to me is key. Reaching out to any seasoned employee within the company to feed on their success is an opportunity missed if not allowed. I feel this is not a healthy culture."

Staffing Consultant

"Over the past seven years, I have worked in multiple capacities within the Locum Tenens Staffing Division of CompHealth. The compensation I've received has been fair, and the work has been very rewarding. The main objective of this group is to provide short-term/emergent staffing of locum tenens (traveling) physicians. Employees here take pride in working and living in accordance with the company's core values, which include the primary value of Putting People First. Overall, I've enjoyed my time with CompHealth and would recommend them to potential job seekers looking for a fast-paced and challenging sales environment."

"The Company has gone downhill. They say it is putting people first always, and it is quite the opposite. The pressure to control the uncontrollable is intense. It is the most exhausting job and feels impossible to get ahead."

"I've worked for CompHealth for 3.5 years as a Sales Recruiter, before that I worked in Collections/Accounts Receivables for CHG for 4 years. CompHealth is in the CHG umbrella so I've been with the company for almost 8 years! It's an amazing place (similar to Jobot) but I've been interested in pursuing new challenges in the recruiting world."

"I have worked with CompHealth for the past 3 years. While the company is a good company, I wish they would listen to the reps doing the job and who are successful to understand the current market vs throwing stuff out that they are requiring reps to do even if it hurts overall business"

"I've worked for CompHealth for three years and they have been an excellent company to work for with professional and caring executive leadership, a driving set of core values, and fair compensation across a wide variety of roles. They're a large company, but they seem much smaller in the way they act as a company."

"Great culture and leadership, love the company and people I work for. Benefits are great (401k could be better) but finding sustainable success on certain teams especially during a pandemic can leave even the most tenured rep looking for more."

"I worked for CompHealth since July of 2014 and really enjoyed the atmosphere and management in that division. I moved to a different division in 2017. I enjoyed working for the company although team rapport and respect seemed to have gone down the drain which broke my heart. I learned so much working for CompHealth and feel grateful for the skills and assets I obtained in working there."
