"It was truly a team. I stayed friends with several that worked with me when I first started."

"Be careful. Don't expect a long relationship, even though they will talk to you about it."

What don't you like about working at American Express?

"Caring about individuals is passe. My last management team had no caring about me as an individual."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Why can't you go home again? You have no desire to hire your 50+ ex-employees and you don't hide it."
