I have found out that the management from Fairfax VA is gone. They concentrated on sub prime and above equity loans. I kept my base conforming. I added government loans and only did minimal amounts of sub prime. My advise would be Monday morning quarterbacking.

3.6 Management is strong and they understand how to run the bank. Although they won't be highly profitable the bank can add some new products and services. These will result in some incremental growth.
