"Previous Job. I enjoyed the people, environment, and way of life. I enjoyed the challenge of working in a new area and worked hard to build strategic partners from scratch."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself. If you are a hard working person with character, it will come through."

What don't you like about working at Community Bank?

"I didn't like the fact I had to leave. I enjoyed being on top of a mountain view and miss the people I worked for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have found out that the management from Fairfax VA is gone. They concentrated on sub prime and above equity loans. I kept my base conforming. I added government loans and only did minimal amounts of sub prime. My advise would be Monday morning quarterbacking."
