"A lot of learning in a short a mount of time. Deciplined, systematic and on schedule."

"Make sure you review the basics of DSP when you want to interview with them. They are very hard on fundamentals."
What don't you like about working at MaxLinear?
"They do a terrible job at evaluations. They sometimes become volgure and too aggressive when it comes to tape outs. Which would be OK if they knew how to reward the hard work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take good care of their employees and make sure they know what their employees are doing."
