"Choose your basic branch very carefully - you will be promoted so make sure you're doing something you enjoy."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"individuals are promoted based on time served, not on performance. there is no incentive other than personal satisfaction to do well because I know the schedule of my upcoming promotions and pay raises."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would focus more on developing and counseling the generation of junior leaders that have progressed during the war."
