"There should not be favorites. Spread the hours out more."

"I enjoyed making a direct impact on the company's finished product. I enjoyed maintaining error-free databases and providing technical support to my team."

"I worked for corporate headquarters, not the call centers or store outlets. My tip for those interviewing at corporate headquarters would be to read the catalogs, get familiar with the company's origins, and dress the part."
What don't you like about working at Coldwater Creek?
"I didn't feel that I had much room for advancement, and I wasn't interested in working in retail long-term."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management did a great job. The only suggestion I had was that they have more assistants available to handle a lot of the more routine work, but during the time I was there they were in a financial crunch so they really couldn't afford to."

"Flexibility, casual atmosphere, feeling like I was my own boss, being thanked several times a day, feeling like a hero at times, understanding coworkers, learning something new constantly, tons of good benefits, and very friendly coworkers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They are one laid-back company with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly people. Good benefits, great cafes!, massages, sauna, gym, parties, pool pong & racketball, free drinks/food often, and you can buy piles of nice women's clothes for less than 20$. Beware that the town is very small and everything done will be known by everyone so if you were to come across the wrong way to someone than everyone will know about it but for the most part everyone is really friendly."

"Attractive women promoted faster than the harder-working men who have more experience. Mostly the fact that the company is not earning money right now."

"Most people talk about leaving due to lack of promotions."

"I resigned due to extremely poor management, no communication, no employee support system, and poor customer service."

"Terminate existing management team starting with the District Manager. Hire individuals with an excellent track record and with excellent customer service and people/employee skills."
