It is very hard to be successful here based on several factors... no advertising or marketing of our company, we sell a very basic product that companies can get at a better price point than we offer, and sales only work when the company has a "need" versus a "want". Management is not interested in helping you succeed. Even if you do succeed, there is no room to advance. Rules keep changing...changing on more than a day to day basis. Your manager may tell you something and the same day, the director will tell you something to contradict what was told prior."
