The company's big news is they are hiring. The company spends $0 on marketing so the biggest obstacle to close a customer is why they have never heard of Cogent. Cogent Communications tells its employees to tell the consumer we are one of the largest ISP's that you have never heard of. Consumers buy from whom they know."
