"Its pretty easy to get the job but you have to work hard to get the sales, and watch your leads because others will take them"

"The sales team that worked in each office was a pretty close family, but the company was pretty impersonal. forced to travel on your own dime and reimbursed after words, the only problem that the first travel was shortly being hired. no pay day for over a month, commission payments don't come for more than a month after invoice"

"Don't promise help, because the individual office managers are more interested in helping themselves and no one else"

"No training, No advancement, They just bleed there employees until the next group of people come through."

"Build a real company and take better care of your employees invest in them and stop drinking during lunch."

"It is a small company. For this reason I was able to communicate with everyone that I needed to easily without having to go up the chain of command."

"don't expect to have this job for longer than 6 months"

"There was no quota relief. Meaning, that even if you are selling if Management has decided that you are not selling products deemed for your level of development in the company nor, do you get paid or have the sale count towards your rank."

"Set more realistic goals and standards."

"Nice office and adequate compensation."

"Do not treat salespeople very well, and they hire so many that the market is saturated."
