"Have a plan for your career and make it known to your leadership."

"Their pay raises were always minimal and since the purchase of EDS, there were many workforce restructurings over the last 4 years."

"It seemed that some of the leadership didn't have a true workable plan. To much over reaction after the fact."

"sometimes the boss can be a little overbearing and has to be right all the time. makes me feel a bit stupid"

"There is no room for advancement. Have been looked over too many times for additional positions."

"Compensate and appreciate your employees. Leave the door open for advancement. Ask your employee's for suggestions on policies and procedures."

"Don't be fooled by the progressive ideals of a college campus -- administration moves slowly on everything."

"Stagnant, non-competitive salaries. I can live with it, but it tends to produce employees who are not too motivated."

"Improve employee morale by not slashing salaries in favor of big pork projects"

"That they could listen more to the suggestions of the people working in the trenches every day about what is working and what is not to make the clients happy and want to stay with us."

"ISGN has been a great stepping stone and learned alot in realestate from start."

"I do enjoy working here how ever I looking for a more challenging position and something more to my experience level."

"I would suggest they study and know the company along with have a strong knowledge in financial services."

"There are no negatives other then opportunity for growth, promotion, financial compensation is too low."

"I would suggest they provide more incentives for people to get above their current level. No real way to make additional bonus's other than over time. Have not received any raise or growth in payment even though years of quality service provided."

"Be able to hire on the appropriate people for the needed positions"

"- The colleagues are great; dedicated, talented, but mostly very nice people to work with but also hang out with after work"

"Stay away from this Sinking Ship, it's a horrible organisation"

"- Top management is completely incompetent. Their only concern is for their own wallets, and employees are pushed to work to the maximum without (extra) compensation- Problems are never solved, because top management always reacts to issues instead of pro-actively preventing them from happening - even when employees alert them and offer solutions- You don't get promoted unless you have a friend in higher management- There are no clear career paths, nor internal vacancies for manager's functions- Women and minorities have very little chance of getting a high position. Not a single women in the management board, even though there are more than 10 people in it- One big political mess- employees have to continuously clean up management's messIt shouldn't be a surprise turnover is excessively high. Several people have had a burn out at this company"

"The management is a team of idiots who are completely incompetent. Sadly they're all friends of each other, so they look for each other and put the blame elsewhere (i.e. down to the employees)"
