"Just be honest and yourself, they are a pretty laid back group so being superficial is not something they will be used to seeing."

What don't you like about working at Heartland Payment Systems?

"That my team is mostly located in Portland and I'm located in MiamI far from them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This was the first time they had hired a person off-site so there were a lot of new learning experiences for them. However that being said, those experiences will definitely help them set up future off site offices/personnel if needed."
