"I have had a different manager every three months. So if my manager would just stay for a while I would be happy."

"It would depend on what type of job you are looking for. A positive attitude is a must in all positions, and I think it's important to be driven to meet and exceed company goals."

"I can't think of anything I didn't like about working for the company. They seemed extremely generous on many levels."

"None that I can think of. They were always working on team building and provided fun team exercises for us to do."

"At the end, CitI had lost its direction and the prople in charge were not focused on the balance of right things, e.g. revenue growth + expense management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Decide what you want to be. Focus first on what is of value to the end customer then you will be assured of shareholder value growth. Stop the practice of allowing senior managers to be promoted and to bring their entire staffs with them. Remember you cannot be loyal to your customers if you cannot even treat your employees well."

"The environment is one where people almost always worked together to get the job done."

"Do your research into what business group within CitI you are interviewing for. Try and find trends on layoffs and the competitive landscape for that product. You don't want to start a job that won't be around in 12 - 18 months."

What don't you like about working at CitiGroup?

"Lack of mobility. Senior and mid-level managers were almost always brought in from outside while qualified employees even had trouble moving laterally."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't lay people off, expect those that are left to do more, then give your top leadership tens of millions of dollars in bonuses. It does nothing but drag down the morale of those that are left."
