"If you're in a good group, the people can be nice. If you're skillful, lazy and interested - you can get away with doing absolutely nothing for prolonged periods of time."

"Definitely not a place to expect any significant career advancement. Too many chiefs concerned more with their own egos than solving problems."

"Can't give any - problems are endemic and widespread. The only solution is to break it up."
