What do you like about working at CitiGroup?

"The team of people I work with is really amazing. Every person on the team works really hard and does great work. The work environment is also very laid back, but productive at the same time."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It's a fairly easy job if you have solid basic computer skills. Be prepared to get very familiar with Microsoft Office products like Word and Excel. If you can learn anything about HP Quality Center before starting it will definitely help you get off to a good start."

What don't you like about working at CitiGroup?

"The only thing I can really say that I don't like about the company is that I am doing software testing instead of development. If they had open development roles that I was qualified for I would definitely apply for them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I can't say I really have any suggestions for management. All of the people I know in management positions do a fantastic job of both getting the work done and watching out for what's best for their employees."

"Go into any relationship with any financial institution with your eyes open; it will present may great opportunities and also potentially difficult situations."

What don't you like about working at CitiGroup?

"Insanely long hours and weeks required. The financial sector became and unpleasant place to work in the past few years, and CitI was leading that pack."

"Focus on the customer and develop way to better and more fully meet the customer's needs."
