"That they do a better job in the care of their employees .To elaborate, I feel like I'm more of a robot to them rather than a person. My over achievements go unrecognized often and I feel utterly unappreciated more and more as the years go on."

"Inability of legacy management to adapt to change, manage change and focus resources on most critical business drivers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get out of the business of writing custom code. Outsource most IT infrastructure and development to US based vendors/providers. Information Technology should not be a core competency for a Bank/Financial Services company as it is taking focus/energy/funds away from developing financial products/solutions and impairing operational readiness, flexibility, time to market, etc."
