"I have worked here for 10 years. Leadership and management are critical to any organization. This military based college lacks both! My supervisor could not manage his way out of a wet paper bag. I live on campus--and it's a dump for 650.00 a month."

"Citadel has a culture of mediocrity. Technology is hopelessly obsolete; all analytics is “a mile wide and an inch deep”. The management actively discourages any improvement because it is “good enough” for what they do. There is no advancement and absolutely nothing to learn after about 2-3 years, so it feels more like a job than a career. The pay and fund returns are below average. It does not take long for a newcomer to realize it, so turnover rate is very high. As a result there is no teamwork and collaboration."
