"I enjoyed the patient care, and the ability to work weekends only so that I was able to attend classes during the week working towards my Associates Degree in Nursing."

"I was promised two 16 hour days each weekend for a total of 32 hours. My hours were cut 8 hours each weekend, only leaving me with 24 working hours. Management did not keep their promise to me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you are going to promise an employee 32 hours weekly without benefits, keep your word. Your employees are relying on your promise to pay their debts."

"I really enjoyed the local atmisphere and the smaller client base gave us as employees the opportunity to grow closer with our clients on a more personal basis. I enjoyed that all the back office decision makers were in the same local office."

"My tip to anyone applying would be to know the Citadel Banks demographics and company goals and come into the interview with a game plan. Show the hiring manager how and what you intend to implement, make sure that what you present to management is measurable."

"It was hard for me to remain employed at the Citadel Bank with no benefits, or career advancement."

"I feel management did what they could with what they were given, however, executive management could look into benefits including paid time off for their full-time employees."

"Run, there must be a better job out there someplace. Oh and don't sell out for money they are counting on that."

"They were not truthful in what they wanted. The year I was there they only had annual reviews from 30% of their management. Job retention was completely subjective and not results based."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They are not looking for suggestions, that was why I was let go. I represented structured management with clear deliverables and a fair review process. Citadel is not interested in that. It is all about who is your friend and when they will betray you."

"It is totally dependant on which area of the company you are interviewing for, don't be afraid to say I don't know and know what it is that the company does."

"No room for advancement, inability to stick to standards, no collaboration between business units"

"Work together to come to a consensus on projects. research products before on-boarding them into a production environment"
