"It is totally dependant on which area of the company you are interviewing for, don't be afraid to say I don't know and know what it is that the company does."

"No room for advancement, inability to stick to standards, no collaboration between business units"

"Work together to come to a consensus on projects. research products before on-boarding them into a production environment"

"I was able to mentor and work with some really great people who I stay in contact with today"

"Run, there must be a better job out there someplace. Oh and don't sell out for money they are counting on that."

What don't you like about working at Citadel?

"They were not truthful in what they wanted. The year I was there they only had annual reviews from 30% of their management. Job retention was completely subjective and not results based."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They are not looking for suggestions, that was why I was let go. I represented structured management with clear deliverables and a fair review process. Citadel is not interested in that. It is all about who is your friend and when they will betray you."
