"People who abuse their authority, overlooking hard work. Long hours with little pay to compensate. Constantly forced to stay busy even when there is nothing to do or being blamed for others faults."

"Become more open to suggestions and not so strict to where working isnt enjoyable. You get better results from someone who enjoys work rather than someone who hates coming everyday."
