"The lack of employee appreciation. I feel they could do a lot more being the leading company in the industry. Also, having a region leader who doesn't like my boss puts a strain of the work environment. He comes in looking for faults instead of what good is being done."

"Be able to take unexpected blows and not to let anger from personal issues be taken out on the employees."
