"It's a great place for a lot of people without a degree."

"Do not work for this place. the job is insecured, lay off is happening every quarter, the place is a mess inside. FAA will knock on their door anytime soon for all the illegal practices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the current Management. Get the new management that understand the business and respect the employees. Right now, they are treating employees like crap."

"Distance I had to travel to work on a daily basis"

"Maintain current employees if possible when opening a new location."

"I was used in many parts of refurbishment process - never any downtime, very fast paced work."

"Management was very unstable and lay offs were common and went according to seniority."

"Change the process in which the work was done to eliminate waste and man power to suit the work load to avoid lay offs"

"Well organized fallowing kaizen lean manufacturing, less re-work parts, no scraps."

"More organizations to reduce set up and run time, and reorganized process flow in production."

"Team work and co-workers support each other 90%. Company is well clean and organized."

"dealing with airlines and new repairs. Many opportunities to learn new skills and improve education."
