"I love that Chipotle only uses fresh, never frozen products. I love that the company model was built on the premise of servicing the customer and helping the environment. The people are very energetic and the crew was very happy to work there."

"In terms of the management, Chipotle passes over others who do a great job by keeping food cost numbers and labor numbers in line, for less than adequate managers for promotion. I have been passed several times for an area manager position because of personal relationships that other managers had with upper level management."

"Base a promotion or otherwise smart team building position on an individual who has shown a track record of growth and success through controlling the bottom line."
