"Chipotle is generally understaffed in IT. This leads to dissatisfaction from internal customers. It also leads to projects being initiated, but not completed."

"Hire more IT staff and at a higher skill level. Work towards managing projects better."

"Everything is based on the general manager's personal feelings, and not work ethic."

"When I was there we placed a development program for internal promoting. This was a great tool and a great learning experience."
