"I do not like lack of vacation and possibility for advancement."

"Reward employees for a job done well. Also give more bonuses."

"Manage twenty five union employees including the parts/procurement department. Maintain strict budgeting guidelines in a lean manufacturing environment while delivering favorable operating performance. Monitor and train Engineers in electrical operation, trouble-shooting, and repair. Reduce lost line time by thirty percent and build team leadership and ownership."

"Manage sixteen non-union employees including the parts/procurement department. Monitor and improve preventive maintenance strategies by conducting formal training for team members, modifying PM procedures, and executing internal continuous improvement/enhancement projects."
