"First off, I love what I do. I am a front end developer and graphic designer. While with Check Into Cash (CIC), I was trained (forced) to develop an email marketing strategy, design all content, develop responsive emails and deploy using Exact Target and ActOn email marketing providers. I and most of the marketing department were let go to make room for the new CMO to bring in employees from his old company. Disgusting ethics and poor compensation for insane hours worked."

"Kiss ass to get the job and use it to pay rent until you get a decent job. Be careful, get a new job fast, they will fire you for any thing and if you get fired before you have worked 12 months, you don't qualify automatically for unemployment and a lot of employers won't hire someone who has been fired or has less than 12 months continuous employment."

What don't you like about working at Check Into Cash?

"hours expected to work, work to be done in those hours, low pay. The available bonus takes more work to earn than its worth almost a pyramid scheme type bonus."

"Consistency in training and managing. Better support for employees and better benefits. Better pay and bonus opportunity."

"Constant policy changes and products trying to be pushed into high competitive areas with non-competitive prices. Try convincing someone to cash a check with you that costs 5% of the check when someone beside your business cashes them for a flat fee of $5.00 and then down the block is $3.00"
