"More growth opportunities internal to company but excellent company to work for."

"Nice people, nice office in Charlotte. Free coffee, free parking, and a free gym in the building."

"The like to think they're more agile, modern, and progressive than they really are. if you know you're going to work for the DMV but flatter them with the image of a cool start-up, you're in."
What don't you like about working at GMAC?
"Far too much management overhead and process. Ally can't get out of its own way when trying to deliver projects or initiatives. Politics and process often derail results."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Flatten the org chart, remove 2-3 layers of middle management, and start firing people who don't actually contribute to delivering results."

"I like the freedom of working from home and making my own schedule."

"Make sure you know what you are getting into, do your research and ask a lot of questions."
What don't you like about working at Radware?
"There is high amount of travel required and my position is not very well defined."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There are a lot and I have put together an eight page Business development plan listing those improvements. The primary problem is the US division has no power and all the decisions are made of our Israel."
