"My previous role was with CDM Media as a CIO Relationship Manager. The job was calling on C Level technology executives with a goal of booking them to attend events the organization coordinated. There was no selling involved. There was no fee for the CIOs to attend. To interest them I had to engage them in conversations that were relevant. I did work with energy companies so I had to understand topics such as Smart Grid technology. It was all heavy phone work and I sourced my own leads."

"Talk to your employees and let them know what is going on, don't jus let them keep coming in and not let them know whats going on with the job opening they are waitng for."
