"Stay away..not because of the company. Radio is not growing, in fact it's shrinking. It's great if you are established, but if you are looking to get in...find another industry"

What don't you like about working at CBS Broadcasting?

"Corporate management needs work. To many initiatives to do any of them well. Radio biz is dying, no growth. Not radio's fault or CBS's...just the way it is."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Corporate needs to let local management do what it does best. Leave them alone."
