"Large, profitable, and stable company but varies wildly from location to location. As w/ many large organizations, no single office is indicative of the whole and experience will be based largely upon local co-workers and managers. I've worked with both the unbelievably brilliant and the nepotistic-favored inept. Also, depending on your desired career path, CBRE may be both a dead end or a vast array of opportunity for you. Company does have strong values and social/community commitments."

"There's nothing I really like about my particular office. Negative energy surrounds the employees due to fear of being let go or fired by management."

"The work environment is hostile and management seems to only reward sales force and not support staff."

"I would invest in the support staff. The environment favors the sales staff and rewards the staff on providing last minute shoddy quality work on the expense of the support staff."
