"My suggestions would vary depending on the type of role they are applying for. On the upside, this is very much a white collar professional environment and the corporate offices in El Segundo are top-notch LUXURY!"

"Too large, no personalization within the organization. Big egos to contend with, everyone wanted to be, King Taco :-)"

"Need to take into consideration what the day to day workers wants and needs are. This company was run based on what the sales people wanted."

"The opportunities to grow as well as the various opportunities to learn."

"They were not able to retain my services due to a change mandated by the client that hired them originally."

"Keep their promise to actually keep an employee in any capacity, and to not be spiteful and to not take it out on an employee even if a contract has been terminated by a client."

"IT Management moved to Dallas so there was little room for growth in the dept."

"I don't work there anymore but I liked the challenging jobs that I had there and the people I worked for and those who worked for me."

"There was a lot of politics and the commercial real estate business (property management, facilities management, operations & maintenance) is a very low margin business."

"None, except continue to keep their cost down without sacrificing the loss of valuable experienced people."

"Relative freedom in doing my job to the best of my ability, enjoyed my fellow employees and direct reports."
