"Great place to work, IF you have the right manager (WHICH I DID)."

"3.5 years of ongoing layoffs and counting and bleeding red ink. C-level management isn't willing to make the necessary changes to actually achieve needed results and ongoing conflict between national-level management and regional operations. Throw in PC nuttiness (can't refer to "bullet points" in presentations because of the violent connotations) and you end up with a toxic sludge of ineptitude and counterproductive culture."

"Not a good Ideal at this time, due to outsourcing."

"Not a whole lot of growth opportunity to move up in the technical side."

"I would say don't outsource division, Help with more technical certification assitants."

"They tend to make promises that they do not stand by."

"The company has taken on way more than it can handle in the way of programs, because they don't really go and integrate new acquisitions. They try to support such a wide variety of products that they are now having problems with that support, but there idea to solve their revenue issue created by having to support so many different products is to outsource the helpdesk."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To cut out all of the extra programs that each location has that is different and consolidate down to only the ones that are really needed. Stop trying to support outdated software that has long since seen it's sell by date."
