Overview
Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) is a faith-based health care system comprised of hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health agencies and nursing schools. Established in 1996 through cooperation between three similar institutions in Nebraska, Pennsylvania and Ohio, its mission is to create healthy communities through promotion of human dignity, social justice and healing ministries.
CHI has its headquarters in Englewood, Colorado.
