"They tend to make promises that they do not stand by."

What don't you like about working at Catholic Health Initiatives?

"The company has taken on way more than it can handle in the way of programs, because they don't really go and integrate new acquisitions. They try to support such a wide variety of products that they are now having problems with that support, but there idea to solve their revenue issue created by having to support so many different products is to outsource the helpdesk."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To cut out all of the extra programs that each location has that is different and consolidate down to only the ones that are really needed. Stop trying to support outdated software that has long since seen it's sell by date."
