"Worked for Caterpillar for 14.5 years on a contract basis. Established and supported ongoing quality standards, procedures and metrics for a variety of change management systems and projects. These systems and projects influenced positive change involving over thirty Supplier Development Engineers, over 200 suppliers, and seven worldwide manufacturing / assembly facilities. Unfortunately budget cutbacks ended my career there."
