There is a very strong good ole boy mentally and is not a good place for women to work unless you are an admin or have a job that is associated as a woman job. Women have been moved even with high work reviews because supervisor wanted man in position. Women are not usually included in team outings."

It did matter if you ask one person can destroy your career. I went exclusively to be close to family. They knew this, promise a review in 30 days. The review happened after 5 months, then they invited you to a conference room, you were let go after no review in the period they promised."
